A project booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation and the agreed advance payment. Project schedules are subject to availability, and bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed quotation and payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, approvals, venue permissions, branding materials, and all necessary information required for successful project execution. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect project timelines.
Changes to Project Scope
Any additional services, design changes, or modifications requested after project confirmation may result in revised pricing and extended delivery timelines. All changes must be approved by both parties before implementation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any refunds or cancellation charges will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advance payments for completed work, purchased materials, or third-party bookings may not be refundable.
